Уход за газоном зимой

С первыми заморозками газонная трава вступает в период покоя. Пока поверхность газона не покрылась слоем снега не меньше 20 см – ее лучше не беспокоить. Повреждения растительных тканей могут стать источником различных заболеваний, ослабляющих растения. Уход за газоном в этот период сводится к максимальному снижению любых нагрузок на траву, а значит:

  • старайтесь не ходить по газону, не занесенному снегом
  • не заливайте на месте газона катки
  • не забрасывайте поверхность газона снегом, счищенным с дорожек на участке

В случае образования наста (плотной ледяной корки) на поверхности газона, следует разбить ее, используя вилы или садовые грабли. Это восстановит доступ кислорода к газону во время зимовки.

В зимний период также рекомендуется проверить садовую технику и инструменты для ухода за газоном. Проверить газонокосилку, при необходимости смазать детали, заточить ножи и т.д.
